Every day we breathe free air around us as free or free of charge. But some regions, especially in Indonesia, the air are much polluted. Sources of defilement can be an activity that is natural and anthropogenic activities. Examples of natural resources is the result of a volcanic eruption, forest fires, biotic decomposition, dust, plant spores and others. Pollution caused by human activities is often greater quantitatively, for example, the sources of pollution due to the activity of transport, industry, waste either due to decomposition or burning and households. Air pollution due to transport activity is very important is the due to a motor vehicle on land that produces gas CO, NOx, hydrocarbons, SO2 and Tetraethyl lead, which is a metal tin that is added to gasoline lower quality to increase the octane value in order to prevent the outbreak of the machine. An important parameter due to this activity is CO, particulates, NOx, HC, Pb, and SOx. Air pollution emissions by industry are highly dependent on the type of industry and processes, industrial equipment and utilities. Various industries and power plants use heat and power that comes from burning coal and gasoline. The byproduct of combustion is SOx, smog and other pollutants. The process of burning trash in spite of a small scale was instrumental in increasing the number of pollutants in the air, especially dust and hydrocarbons. The important thing that need be taken into account in the emission of air pollution by garbage is particulate emissions from burning, while emissions from the decomposition process to note is the HC emission in the form of methane gas. Therefore, we will conduct the training on air pollution control that will be discussed thoroughly with expert instructors in the field.
