Descriptions

Misalignment and unbalance are two major problems due to vibrations in rotating equipment. With the vibration means reducing engine life. With the program alignment and balancing the right, will lower maintenance costs and operating costs. When the shaft is aligned, the resulting power will be stable. When the clutch is not aligned, it will result in dirty, bearing and seals will be easily damaged. In extreme cases of misalignment, the shaft can be broken and fatal to the production process.

Unbalance in engine components is the main cause of engine vibration. Balancing is required to make the production process quiet, safe at high speed, long bearing life, high operator comfort level, and avoid unwanted damage, and we can feel satisfied because the quality of the machine is reliable.
