Problems cannot be separated from humans because like people living definitely has a problem. And in each of these problems, there must be a solution and decision making. Many people experiencing or facing a problem that appears in the work but full of difficulties and obstacles in solving it, because they do not know how to decipher the problem systematically and eventually get into trouble anyway in making decisions, waste of time and mistakes in judgment. What happened was simple, information is processed internally in the thought to be the result of the knowing the causes of problems so that it can choose the best alternative and ready with the plan the implementation of selected decisions as well as possible. The decisions are made depends on the quality of inputs, as well as the precise and complete thought process. This training will provide an understanding of the problems and make decisions of analyzing and optimize the company’s ability to achieve the strategic goals of the company.
