It is undeniable that one factor supporting the company’s success is the management of the brand or brands right. In general, consumer perception is not for a product but to a brand. Therefore, it becomes very important to manage the brands that we have and make it as brand equity. This training will provide an understanding of the importance of brand for a product or company as well as steps that can be done to create a brand and make it famous or known to the public or consumers at large.

After this training, participants are expected to:

  4. How to get the great strategy: advertising strategy, the five step evaluation process of advertising

  6. Measurement of the asset value of a brand
  7. Consumer Strategic platforms: long term strategy, key drivers of brand growth, brand essence and brand architecture, brand positioning
  8. Target & Brand Understanding
  9. The concept of marketing, brand management and brand equity;
  10. Case study and discussion

 

Participants

Personnel who can follow the training are: Staff, Supervisor, and Manager to the top level of marketing, R&D or anyone who wants to increase knowledge about brand management or brand management.
