Description
The Department of purchase has an important role in the company’s operational activities. The last result is to get a purchase with characteristic: the right quality and quantity of the proper vendor, right time, right price and right service. The task of Department of purchase does not only do the process of bookings material and administrative but covering the whole process that occurs in the purchase of, among others: Selection of vendor, interview with vendor, analysis of supply and determines alternative decision, choose a vendor, take a purchase order (PO), as well as handle the problems may arise in the process of purchase or problems with the vendors. All process above, if not well understood, could cause extravagance in a company. This training would give an understanding of processes occurring in the providing or procurement or purchase.
