And also, have to go into the field to build the unity of the team vision, as well as understand the dynamics of the group within the team. In this case, the leader must be assertive, clear, align the dynamics of the team to the expectations of the organization, and be focusing any attention just to get to the goal or goals that have been set for the team.

Wise leadership will always be aware that the power they have comes from managers and employees who continue to contribute and serve the leadership. Recognizing this, the leadership will always work harder to build a strong team, a good, solid, and effective. On the other hand, the development of leadership concepts and applications is growing rapidly in this rapidly changing era.
