Every organization or company must conduct transactions or activities related to finance. Such transactions or activities require accountability known as financial statements. The financial report is very important in the organization and company, as a form of responsibility of employees to the company and to the community and become one of the company’s performance measurement tools. Through the financial statements, the management, the leader and the owner of the company can know the financial condition of the company, the company’s earnings in the period, as well as the company’s cash flows in a particular period. Although the financial statements are very informative, many parties have not really understood the contents of the financial statements, especially those with no financial background and accounting. This training will provide knowledge about the techniques in making financial statements and read the financial statements so that the interpretation in accordance with the contents of financial statements.
