Description

A project is a temporary activity that lasts for a certain period of time, with limited resource allocation and is intended to carry out predetermined tasks. In project management, there is a complex interaction between human factors, materials, equipment, methods, and capital. Therefore, in order for the project to run well and meet the above criteria, good planning and control are needed that can minimize deviations.

This training will study the Microsoft Project application in project planning and control. Training will be carried out by completing a comprehensive and integrated case example that is adjusted to current developments and demands.
