Description

Building a team is not easy because the team consists of some individuals who each have a different ego. In a team or group, it is not a rare disagreement among group members. The dispute can be caused by many things, and sometimes lead to poor communication between members. This condition is certainly not healthy in teamwork carried forward because it can affect the quality of work that will be produced. A healthy team will have a positive impact on the quality of work produced, such as the work can be completed on time and satisfactory achievement of the targets. The healthy team cannot be separated from the influence of leadership that was run by the group leader. The team leader/ group should be able to minimize internal conflicts that exist within the group. This training will provide an understanding of team building as well as optimize the company’s ability to achieve the strategic goals of the company.
