Description
For an employee or public servants, work is a life cycle that having the beginning and the end, so that time it will traverse by each employee/ employees. The end of occupation is the retired civil servant or more commonly known as retirement. On one side, the work of retired civil servant is the age where an employee can be independent, free to determine what course in filling their routine. But, on the other side retirement can cause people to “lost” work, status, and prestige as employees so as to be stress and can disrupt health. To reduce possibilities this negative, there must be preparation mental, mindset, financial planning, entrepreneurial preparation, and preparations other work ahead of the retired. Entrepreneurs can be an option for someone who retired entrepreneurial work which involves the identification, development and brings a vision into life. The vision can be an innovative idea, opportunities, and a better way to run something. The end result of this process is the creation of a new business formed on the condition of risk or uncertainty. Entrepreneurs are not different from the activity of work as usual. Therefore, this training will be given some preparations specialized in happy retired and planned with added entrepreneurial knowledge
