Human Resource Audit is conducted to ensure that the activities undertaken by human resources within the company are in accordance with the Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) in the company. In addition, the HR Audit activity also serves to adjust the payroll system information data and the actual process status of the implementation run in the work unit, as well as to ensure the process stages are executed in accordance with company regulations and policies. This training will provide an understanding of the concept of Human Resource Audit as well as the steps in the implementation of Human Resources Audit activities.
