Training Description

Through the “Training Needs Analysis” training, participants will gain a deep understanding of the importance of training needs analysis (TNA) for organizations. TNA is a systematic process that helps organizations identify employee skills and knowledge needs, ensuring that the training provided is targeted and relevant to individual development and organizational success.

In an era of rapid change, it is important for organizations, both government and private, to have skilled employees who are ready to face challenges.
