Therefore, it is important that the transfer of knowledge to the world of work assessed through a process of training, development, assessment, and evaluation, so the success and progression to achieve the success of the organization as a whole can be built continuing and at the end it can be demonstrated or contributed to the organization in accordance with the learning which is obtained.
